Every 14 days once all chases have been made.
Follow up making sure Third party insurer is responding.
If they continue to ignore, push for the complaint to be escalated or passed for litigation.

If at ay point you feel that your claim is not being properly represented. Log a compaint. Set out your exact issues and insisst that the claim is followed up on until resolution.
