Week 1

Your claim is logged

Any potential CCTV/dashcam sites are identified and contact info passed to insurance company

Week 2, 3 and 4.

Confirm attempts have been made to confirm time sensitive requests= CCTV and dashcam

Confirm witness has been contacted.

Get accurate timescales from handlers and follow up where appropriate. 

Enquire about what has been done to confirm liability and contact with the third party has been attempted

 

Every 14 days once all chases have been made.

 

Follow up making sure Third party insurer is responding.

If they continue to ignore, push for the complaint to be escalated or passed for litigation.

If at ay point you feel that your claim is not being properly represented. Log a compaint. Set out your exact issues and insisst that the claim is followed up on until resolution.
